HOW DO YOU GET INTO MY HOUSE IF I’M NOT THERE?

We have requested a key or that we keep in a secure lock box when not used or we can still access with a code alarm system if you prefer. We will arm and disarm your system again if you wish.

HOW CAN I PAY YOU?

We ask you to give us a credit card number that we keep in a safe folder, or we can make direct debits.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Our insurance coverage will take care of any claim if ever happen.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE DOG WHEN THE CLEANING IS DURING THE DAY?

We asked you to either keep the animal in a cage or keep it outside in a secure area.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY OWN CLEANING EQUIPMENT?

No, our teams bring with them everything they need to be cleaned.

WHAT IF THERE ARE SOME PARTS THAT I DO NOT WANT TO CLEAN?

Our teams do not enter a room where you closed the door.
